HERE IS A MAN DEFINED BY HIS MEMORY...NOT HIS ACTION

Short Biography of Tan Tat Kee

I was born in the year 1972 in the capital city of Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur. After having fun for the first few years, which I could hardly remember the details, I started studying. And the ordeal never ends. After my secondary school education in Chong Hwa Independent High School (KL), I set my feet on the soil of Singapore, where I studied in the second best university in the country, the Nanyang Technological University. I gained my Bachelor of Engineering degree there in the school of Electrical and Electronic Engineering. With honours, of course. Then I started working, initially as a software engineer in the Singapore Design Centre of Motorola Electronics Pte Ltd (Singapore) and later as an IC design engineer in SGS-THOMSON Microelectronics (Singapore), now called ST Microelectronics. However, before I had chance to contribute significantly to the economy, I decided to do something non-profittable. So, I came here. I am now a graduate student in the Department of Electrical Engineering of Princeton University. Let see what happen in the future.

Favourite Quate:

I don't want to achieve immortality through my work,
I want to achieve immortality through not dying.
